I had this light bar fabricated as I didn't want a full grill guard (nor the $ that one costs.) I'm going to end up with four lights on it. The two already mounted are 6" KC Daylighter driving lights; I'll add to KC fogs at some point. The four lights are designed to line up with the grill slots. The outside ones are just a bit inside the slots so the lights won't block the headlights.

I did my own wiring, using a Radio Shack relay and an Auto Zone switch in the dash blank by the 12V outlets.

The finish isn't great but it will do. I did it myself - rattle can of hammered black. No garage, limited space to set an area for spray painting. (Sorry about the dirt, Hummbob, it's raining today)

Looks good alrock, especially knowing the conditions you say you had to work with. Would look good anyways.

i would put one more bar across the top to protect those lights since it looks like you offroad it a bit

Thanks - I wish I could say I built it. I had it fabricated by someone else, Hunter Offroad, Tempe, AZ. That's why the welds are so nice.

I thought about additional protection bars and other stuff but I wanted it clean and simple. Of course, I'll probaby change that tune after I ram the lights through the chrome grill someday.
