How do you delete a name/number from your stored numbers. I can't find anything on this in the OnStar book and under the Help command it doesn't list any delete function. Anyone know how to do this? Do I have to contact OnStar?

When you push your phone button, and it says "on star ready", just say delete. It will ask you what entry you want to delete. then confirm.

Yup. Just say "Delete" and after that it will say "Nametag please" or "Nametag to delete" Just say the nametag, it will repeat it, and ask yes or no. If you need to hear a list of all of your numbers, just say "Directory" and it will go through them one by one.

Thanks! Who knew it would be that easy, how come they don't include that command on any help menu? I guess it was an oversight to print that on the quick ref. card or in the book.
Thanks to everyone this forum is really helpful.

Don't you have the On-Star quick reference card that came with your H3? It should be on there. If not, you may have the older reference card. On-Star has been upgraded a few times. I believe there are 3 different versions right now. The H3 is supposed to have the latest and greatest.

My quick reference card doesn't have any commands for deleting stored numbers. Even in the On-Star book it doesn't even have it, the "Help" command doesn't come back with "Delete" also. But after you guys responded, I went out to mt H3 and said delete and low and behold she asked me what nametag to delete. Thanks again, everyone on this forum is so helpful.
