Hello Guys! I just wanted to present what the gasoline price is in Sweden, so you all could be happy to live in US =) The price for 1gallon is 8.3 US Dollars, what is the price in US?

HOLY CRAP!!!! I think it's $4.39 or so in the US. It's $1.29 Litre here in Canada!!!

Here in SoCal gas is $3.89. Diesel is $4.69

$8 gas is crazy! And here in the Bayarea they bitch about $4 gas.

$3.69 Here in Arizona... I am very thankful if it's $8.30 in other parts of the world. Ouch!

$3.81 here in Indiana.. Did you know... When Bush first ran for president in 2000, he criticized the Clinton administration for high fuel prices and said the president must "jawbone" oil producing nations and persuade them to drop rates. At that time, oil was nearing $28 a barrel ($1.51 a gallon) Today, 7 years later, oil prices are at $127 a barrel.

Bush is trying to pursaude current oil major regions in producing more oil, but as oil prices increase, profits increase. No one wants to reduce their profits.

Yeah, the other problem is that an increase in production will not lower the gas prices all that much if any. With the economic rise of China and India the demand for oil is too high for an increase in production to lower prices.
