I think I have settled on a Magnaflow cat back exhaust.  Some advertisements state that it may need modifications if hitch receiver is installed on the vehicle.  Has anybody installed the magnaflow cat-back, or any other for that matter, with a factory installed receiver hitch without having to modify the exhaust?  I would like a direct fit/bolt on.
Thanks for the feedback!

I have the factory hitch and the MagnaFlow CAT back.  No issues whatsoever.  Pleanty of clearance..................more than a couple inches.

I can only speak for gibson and volant as I am a dealer of them, but they do fit with the stock hitch, or an aftermarket hitch. I assume the others are the same as well.

you are right blackbear, I should have looked first, yours just seems like the cutouts are larger.
