The ones I deal with are great when it comes to service.

I have had to my alpha serviced one time that was its first LOF and the rear door switch was sticking.  Don't know why the dealer took 2 hours to do it but oh well.  Also my dealer told me that he would honor my warranty if i lift it.  I go to Detroit hummer and they are to please the customer.  I complained about the long wait to prep the truck 3 hours.  I wound up with chrome steps and a tire cover at no charge to me papers were already signed.

If i knew they were going to put the steps on it I would have asked for the black ones over the chrome.  Or at least given me the option of the overhead running lights instead but oh well.  May sell the step and get the lights that way

I don''t know about the other hummer dealers but when I took mine in for the oil change they did wash is and vacuumed it out.  I noticed that they did this with all the hummers as well.  I know that not all dealers do this but its nice to get the truck back cleaner than when I brought it in.

Nice, yes... but it also makes you feel that you got value for your dollar and you were not just a commission for a smooth talker...

true it does and also makes you feel as like you are their priority and not just a paycheck to them and that they will take care of you when the time comes.
