Ok.  My dealer takes 3 hours to change my oil even when I make an appointment and ask for the least busiest time.  Poor service, but not disturbing...

Today, they didn't fill up my empty winshield wiper fluid... no sweat, I stop at the store and pick up a gallon of washer fluid.  Poor service, but not disturbing...

What has really got me scratching my head is that I put the fluid in and I discover that when I pull the front washer switch, it squirts the back, when I push the rear washer button it squirts the front.  I call the dealer and he says must be electrical...

I popped the hood myself and it appears that they disconected black and grey tubing that runs from the washer fluid jug and reconnected them black to grey and grey to black... AND IT REQUIRED SOME SORT OF ADAPTER TO MAKE THEM CONNECT BECAUSE THE BLACK ONE IS SMALLER THAN THE GREY ONE!!!!

What the...  anyway, I can't even figure out how or why in the world they discontected them if it was by accident, they would have had to be flailing around in the crevices of the engine as they are tucked out the way...  and why they would not even fill the jug to make sure they fixed it...

Wait until they have to do a real repair. You'll be putting it in 4 Low and your seat warmers will come on (at least the seat heater switch will be in the dash now). Like Gofaster said, get a new dealer. And let them know what happened when those service questionaires come up.

when i picked up my H3 from the dealer (bought an 08 used), it had the same thing, and i thought the same thing dealer did at first - that it must be electrical.  luckily, when i called up the salesman i bought from, he suggested it may be a simple hose connected wrong, and he was right.  i noticed they're slightly different diameters also, but the plastic connector is the same size, so i just did the swap without any problems.  works fine.

i was wondering why they had them disconnected in the first place, but figured it was done when they replaced my windshield.

Evad... you are right on the money with that post.  I too had my windshield replaced shortly b4 the oil change!  Mystery solved!

Still going to find another place to get service, I just don't trust my local dealer...
