Morning all, driving an 2005 H2 SUT with 32000 miles.  Works great, interior doesn't like the dust of New Mexico, but who does. Anyways, drove girlfriend to Telluride from Durango. great drive. Thru the mountains, Trans heated up to 200, typical. Transmission started whining, quite loudly in fact. Assumed it was tranny, checked everything else. Stopped when it cooled off. Fluid good, not discoloured or burnt. Too loud to be normal. Any ideas before I take it in ???
