Back to my story of chasing my Commander through a water hole with a HUMVEE (if you remember it). We hit the water too fast and it stopped us (yes, we were going WAY too fast). Anyway, if you are messing around with the gas pedal instead of hold a constant speed you run the risk of sucking the water up the pipe. I doubt that it is very likely, but I did it. And from your history with your truck Mike I think you probably would too.

Moral of the story: Slow and steady!

You don't have to go slow and steady if it's only a foot or so correct? When we did the Hummer Pool, it was about 18" and we kinda hit that full force. I think that's what took out jdrew's plates though

16 inches @ 20 mph, 24 inches @ 5mph
