Hi

I've been reading these forums for a few months while I shoped around for a new rig. This site's enthusiasm helped bring me to the H3 dealership.

That and edmunds.com TMV.

I also checked out the Tahoe, FJ cruiser, and Mazda CX-9.

Hands down the H3 is the right choice. It's fun to drive and goes where ever I want it to.

My next search will be for a good looking flat black set of side steps and roof rack.

Here's my first pic.

See you all around!

Congrats.  Out of all the cars you looked at, the Tahoe was the only one that actually stood out, it has hauling capacity and people space.  The FJ and CX9 is a joke IMO.

Glad to have you in the "family". Nice first post and thanks for the picture, a lot of newbies don't show us their truck.

Oh yeah - having the H3 is great. The tahoe was the only close choice.

By far it was black or nothing!

Right now it's 100% stock (incl. the chrome grill).

Thanks for the welcomes and congrats!

The grille looks black in the pic, but that is definitely a nice color in the H3.

I am not an FJ fan at all. I drove one and found it to be sloppy as compared to the H3. The H3 feels tough and stable on the road. The CX9 is a joke. The tahoe is your next close option, but I would still rather have an H3.

You made a good decision.

When I bought my H2 I was in the shopping mood for a convertible sports car.
Looked at an AUDI COnvertible, BMW M3 Convertible, Corvette, Porsche.
And as soon as I sat in the H2, I had to have one.

I am satisfied, even though I see the tops on those other cars going down more now that its warm, but you know what. I look right over em.
