I am so sick of the government not doing anything about the rising gas prices.

They are, who do think is responsible for the rising prices?

$3.62 a gallon tonight on the way home. I'm still driving 75 MPH. Yes it hurts the pocket, but like was said before; It's going to either be this or a full size truck so what's difference in MPG? Nothing. Keeping the H3

$3.69 a gallon here, but I only work 2 miles from home and if I need groceries the store is on the same route I take to work, so it works out ok. I won't ever give Humzilla up... I stil take trips with the truck, but I save money working so close to home that it evens out pretty good.

You guys are lucky !!!! We are paying about $1.49 / Litre here in Brisbane Australia (or $5.63 / gal) - and we have the cheapest fuel in the country !!! - down south in Sydney/Melbourne they are currently paying $1.60 / L ( or $6.05 / gal)

It costs me about $130 to fill up my H3 ! ....... and our exchange rates are pretty close to 1:1 right now too...

Do I care? - Yes... am I going to change my driving plans?  - No!

Other interesting info for you US guys....

My Tourch Metalic (solar flare in the US) H3 Lux with a few chrome bits cost about $75k on road .... !

I commute by Train so my H3 is for fun - no change there.

When I look at those guys with boats, here at the dock and hear that it takes $300 to go a few miles on the bay,  well, I don't feel so bad anymore.   As my '08 breaks in the mileage goes up, bling goes up too!

Averaging 15.75MPG with a 3.7 L5,  50/50 highway/City.   No hills here.

The rising gas prices won't change my driving habits, but the nice summer weather will. My cobra gets better gas mileage than the H3 does, so its just another excuse to take the cover off :)

The gas pricing really sucks!!! It's just wrong...especially when they hike it up right before Memorial Day Weekend! It's about $3.62 here today. It used to only take about $50 to fill up...now I'm over $70.
I've noticed the effect on people...especially what they spend in my business! Hopefully it will turn and get a little better.....at least I think it will once we get rid of Bush!

I think whats going on is President Cheaney and Vice President Bush are tring to make their oil friends (here and in the middle east) some huge money during their last months in office while also screwing everyone else in this country and other countries just a little more.

Nope-won't change my driving.  I do live close to work which helps, but heck, I remember leaded gas at $0.35/gallon when I had my mini-bike.

When the Dems raise the capital gains tax rate you are going to see a huge retraction in the economy. They just don't understand business and what makes the economy thrive.
