Hey there y'all!

DrTaz -> Hey there y'all! (4/20/2008 12:44:43 PM)

Live in the Williamsburg, Va. area and enjoy boating, playing on the river, biking, walking, etc. Bought my 2007 H3x on 3-30-08; it only had 11,500K miles on it. Has all the toys, including Navigation system, sunroof, etc. Have previously owned Ford F-150s--most recently the Fx4. So far am really enjoying the H3, altho am glad I have a utility trailer for hauling dirty stuff--since I surely don't want to put it in my Hummer! Am enjoying reading comments in the forum. So far, sounds like a nice group of human beings who enjoy their vehicles!

Hello and Welcome.    Enjoy the forums.

DrTaz -> RE: Hey there y'all! (4/21/2008 9:45:18 AM)

Thanks to all who sent "Welcomes". Maybe someone can help me: I've tried to send a pic for my profile and no matter what I try, it gets rejected as too big. Have shrunk the size (that's why my pic is so tiny) and have tried cropping, using a different photo program, etc. Any ideas? Obviously, looking at some of your great pics, there's gotta be a way to send some better pics than what I have so far!!!! HELP!!!!

DrTaz -> RE: Hey there y'all! (4/21/2008 10:09:04 AM)

HEY THERE!
CAN'T FIGURE OUT HOW TO POST PHOTOS. EVERYTHING I TRY RESULTS IN MESSAGE "TOO BIG" OR SOMETHING SIMILAR. AM SENDING JPEG IMAGE. HAVE TRIED SHRINKING PIC (THAT'S HOW I ENDED UP WITH THE TINY ATTACHMENT WHICH IS, SO FAR, ALL I'VE BEEN ABLE TO ATTACH)..ANY IDEAS?

big2dabank -> RE: Hey there y'all! (4/21/2008 12:02:50 PM)

Welcome, its easy to post pics, best way is to post them up to a hosting site like photobucket. I use my mac account. Open the image on the site were you uploaded, copy the web address of the picture. Click on the [image]http://www.hummerforums.com/rteimages/image.gif[/image]button when your posting a message and past the web address of the picture in the dialog box that pops up and click ok. Thats the easiest way.

As it relates to your Avatar size it is limited to (145 X 145) Max. 25KB. Good luck and nice ride from what I can see.

MIKESH2 -> RE: Hey there y'all! (4/22/2008 7:48:48 AM)

Welcome to the forums!

Are there any places to ride up there arond Williamsburg? I know HALL Hummer in V.B. has an annual event up near there, but I could not go last year.

When it comes around this year I will post it.
