Damn Eagle One tire dressing gel leaked into my wash mitt. From now on I can will separate them into their own buckets, but is there anyway to save the wash mitt? I cleaned it like 5 times and its still greasy and stinks. Even after I soaked it for awhile. I know its only a mitt but its a new micro fiber mitt and costs like $9. It also leaked into a sponge (thats gone) and of course, the bucket. Washed the bucket three times, still greasy too. Frickin ruined my wash day!

Good news though! I got a high pressure washer today and that sucker rocks! Took that build up of mud and bug splat off no problem! If your thinking of one I highly recommend it. At $149 was a bit expensive, but worth it to me as it has a long flexible hose that can help me get underneath and at 1800psi its powerful enough to get it done. Figure it will save me allot of $$ in the long run.

Pitch the mitt.

$149 sounds like a great price. What kind did you get?

Ya its electric, picked it up at Lowes. I love it! Its a Karcher and the model number is "K 3.68 M".

After seeing all the 2000psi ones go for $199 and up I figure the price isnt too bad. But, it is expensive when you compare it to all the "no name" units out there.

Heck you could probably do a google search and find it cheaper. I didnt want to wait and bought it on the fly, no regrets thus far!

If it makes you feel any better about the greasy wash mitt, my younger sister shined her ENTIRE car with Armour All.  Talk about a greasy mess.  Then not long after she decided to wax it...never knew about the wax OFF part of the process.  I found both times to be rather funny.

I've been looking at them glad to hear you are happy with it.  I may just have to go and pick one up.  Thanks for the info.
