Somebody on here got the hankook's for their h3 and returned them asap... but I can't remember who...

I have Hankooks on my work van (Thanks Ford) and they SUCK...  I cannot wait until they are worn out.  They have 42,000 miles on them and they look awful, shake, wobble, hum, and have ZERO traction... a 9000lb van should not be able to peel out on wet pavement only having a 4.6l V-8.

I also have a customer with Hankook's on his Durango and he hates them.

What stock tires, other than BFG's would you all recommend for Mud/sand and Hard road???

The BFG's have done me right but, the Dealer was Selling them for $99.00 Each, 2 years ago, as Take off's for the New Mags and Tires (spinners) and now they want $319.00 for Each BFG....Stock...installed........

I found them (BFG's) at 4 Wheel Parts and Tire Kingdom for $225.00 ( Local Store)

They also need to be D rated tires for hauling a Boat.....

I would like something different, but will stay with BFG's if Nothing else is Worth it.......

Thanks................RickLF

I just bought these for my Deuce 3 weeks ago...  I LOVE THEM.  Gunner suggested them to me if you might have read in other threads about it... now I am their biggest fan.

http://www.4wheelparts.com/PDT65047.aspx

They are quiet, at 65 I have to turn the stereo off to hear them..
They look fantastic.
They work well in the mud.  Less wheelspin needed over stock BFG's.... obviously... look at the tread
I just ran them in Sugar sand and at a whopping 47psi they ripped right through.  I did everything you should never do and they still kept me moving.
10ply tread
E rated load

and at $250 a tire they cost me $12 more than if I would have bought stock replacement BFG's...
