but I doubt you threw a ball like this

http://smg.photobucket.com/albums/v63/v10power/?action=view&current=Movie.flv

I put my finger tips in the ball (16 lb) (no thumb) and let the ball hang..then I flip it up and into my palm. This builds up forearm strength needed to throw the ball as hard and with as many revs as I do. Everyday I d0 50 of these  I do bowl with my thumb..just don't use it for this exersize.

showoff . . . .

and you know the only reason you can do that is because of the other daily exercising you use that arm for . . . . .

Maybe he has weight packs strapped onto his arms when he's "bowling" What would enhance your stroke.

Oh wait, that's Golf

Is that where you have a tiny pool table the size of a floormat? Well, that's a thin line there.

Gunz; I apologize for this thread going into the gutter.

Well I agree with yall. On the Olympics I guss if we had any curlers in here they would tell you they are athletes too and why. I personally thought many of what we have discussed are athletes. I think some more than others. Not sold on race car drivers being athletes as much as great stamina etc. I have played tons of sports but have never really liked pocket pool as I tend to think the better athlete prevails once he gets it out of the pocket! Now thats not saying I am any good once its out of the pocket.  You would have to ask my sister, I mean aunt,  I mean wife about that.
