Hi, my name is Anthony and I own a Black 05 H2 SUT. I have been off roading 4 times and it was a blast. I am hoping to put a Duramax/Allison conversion some time in the near future.

Hi Anthony and welcome to the forum. You should talk to MagnumOffroad here on the forum. He specializes in the D-Max conversions.

I bought my H2 new when GM offered the emp. discount. I have been to Hollister once and to the snow twice. I really enjoy offroading but the scratches that come with it are disheartening. Black has to be the worst color with scratches. I love my truck and will never get rid of it that's why I'm thinking about doing the Duramax conversion, plus the thought of doubling my mileage makes it worth it to me. Gas here is $3.65/gal....
