I did search and came up unsuccessful on this.
What is the best thing out there that I can use to clean up my stock non chrome rims?  I have what looks to be tarnishing or something that just doesn't want to come off.  Does anybody know what I'm talking about, if not I can post a pic.

I just used meguiars Hot rims polish and they came to a sparkle. $5.99 for a can at Kmart.
