I just bought my 07 SUT used w/11,250 miles from a Mercedes Dealer.   They said it had a manufacturers warranty of 4 years/50,000 miles.   I thought the 07 H2s came with 4 yr/50,000 basic and 5 year/100,000 drivetrain and 6 year Rust.    The Hummer dealer tried to sell me a 5 year/ 100,000 mile warranty for $1,850 pluse a $350 surcharge because it's a Hummer.  Something didn't sound right about that though.  Anyone know?

Thank you

You should have the remaining warranty.

The warranty should run with the truck, especially since you are under the factory warranty.

The extra warranty they were selling you is probably a bumper to bumper up to 100k,which in some cases is worth it.covers all the other stuff, not just drivetrain. You have window motors, wiper motors, switches, seat motors and switches, the list goes on and on.or ,if your'e handy, put the money in the bank to buy parts when needed and repair yourself,it's your call. But,make sure they can sell the warranty without being the seller of the vehicle, sometimes the warranty company(GMPP) will kick it back because you bought at a MB dealership
