My Treo just died on this trip. Had to get a new one. Smaller keyboard than the last one. IT will link it up with Outlook and the server when I get back to the main office tomorrow. Amazing how dependent we get on these things. I found myself looking at my old one several times for e-mails after I knew it was dead. LOL

Yes, hence my job security here and being the Blackberry Guru, it's quite demanding, but try spending half of your day on the phone with AT&T.  DOH!

Treo's are nice.  I prefer them to Blackberry's any day of the week.  Alas, change is forbidden in this land, hence me searching for another job.

Had Blackberry's before. Converted the whole company over to Treos about 3 years ago. They have held up pretty well.

Amazing. Except for the doors it looks very close. Wonder if AMG will bust him for making a knock off?

I dont think they can really do anything unless he tries to sell kits... and even then im not too sure if they would be successful unless the kits name closely ressembled hummer or another copyright name they one.

HummerGuy: im not too sure if he was lying about welding or not but it is believable since after doing all the work on that truck his welding skills would be pretty good at the end and im sure he didnt post much pics of his first booger welds... heh

Muddy: no problem :)

Well, I don't know much about welding so I'm no judge, but it looks like all of his welds were grinded down, so how can you tell if they are good or bad?

Yeah, more than likely was, as for telling if they are good or bad usually more metal you see around the joint the worse the weld, then there is booger welds which just is like a big glup of metal at the joint.

Wow, but wouldn't have been easier just to go out and buy a used one.

From what I read the cost was under 20,000.00 an H1 used under 20K would be in really bad shape to me.

You can occassionally find a decent used H1 close to that but not often. I almost bought a pretty decent 2 door H1 out of New Mexico a month or so back for 21K. Decided I would rather have an open top or slantback so the search continues.
