All I was told was the good mix is at Menards, and slice your meat as thin as you can. My mother's BF and her live in farm country near the Wisc. Dells and he has made me bags of this stuff. I'll probably need a $50 a month budget just for jerky meat, or jerking my meat, however you say it Of course, my wife can always jerk my meat for me, since I may not be pounding it properly. Is that how you say it? Jerk my meat? It sounds better then seasoning or marinating my meat. It just adds that, ya know, ZING to it
