Bump it into Neutral when coasting downhill on the highway and you will get over 100MPG. Then just give it a little rev to bring the RPM's up before dropping it back into Drive

What's that dial on the left side with the 100 and 300 for? I can't figure it out. Is that a oil pressure guage?
