Hey guys! I just recently traded in my 04 STi and decided to get a 06 (adventure) H3 that my friend at a GM dealership told me about. I've had it for a couple weeks now and I absolutely love it! The only thing I don't like is that the wheels are beginning to oxidize. Does anyone know if there is a way to get those replaced or refinished under warranty?

Hey Meko:   whhhaaaaazzzzz up?

Some people with the 06's have experienced some corrosion with the base wheels.  Not aware what warranty would do for you on a two year old truck, but call your Hummer dealer and check it out.  Good luck.

Welcome to the forum. If the dealer won't do anything on the wheels they are pretty inexpensive on Ebay. The H3 is a lot of fun to drive. Enjoy the truck.

Hi Meko, welcome from Shrewsbury!  I have an 06 and mine started to oxidize but I ended up buying some Mothers spray cleaner for rims and power washed them up using a soft scrub brush, they came out pretty good, but now with winter & salt it is coming back again. I will do again in the spring.  Not much you can do with these types of rims, it happens.

Thanks a bunch for the advice and the welcomes. I'm looking forward to spending way too much time on here and maybe once I learn about my H3 a little more I'll be able to help some other hummer owners out! Thanks again!
