Had to go a little slower on the way home, but not much.

Thanks guys.  I did the drill thing just because I thought it was easy.  I actually was going to use the square hole from the snorkel tabs but I though drilling a little hole at the top was easier for some??

Yes MuddyD, a little silicone spray, even armor all etc.. will make the hoses move easier to get everything lined up with less effort.  Good tip.

I will be boxing some up in a couple days and start shipping again.  I have a charity banquet I am on the committe with this week so nothing will be going out thursday, but there is always wednesday and friday.

I have a tip for installing hoses that is even better IMO...I( use it on front mount intercoolers), instead of using silicone spray use HAIR SPRAY :)  Your working time is reduced but when wet its slick and once its dry, its not moving!

damn it...sorry Doc, I don't want to start ANOTHER how-to here   Great product, cant wait for the ALPHA one!

Tips are way cool.

I've heard a lot of trick/tips, but hair spray??  It does make sense, but I have never used hairspray on me or anything.....yet.
I do have a wife and teenage daughter, so I know where to get some.

I will try it on an install to see for myself, very interesting.

its an old trick I learned from replacing grips on bikes (of all things), trust me...you won't use silicone on tubes after using my method!

Let me know what you think.

Thanks Alpha XY.

Shipping more Monday/Tuesday.

Should be done with the 2008s by the end of the month........, but still................no filters.
I'm not having much luck on getting a custom 2008 H3/Alpha filter made.  I'll keep at it and will let you all know what I find.

and another tip.... make sure your snorkle piece doesn't come loose after a period of driving...

Trey's did but it only took me 2 minutes to fix... and I think I got the screw in the silicon better...(it was warmer)

Who didn't drill a hole per the instructions??

My advice, take your time and get it right the first time.   It is simple, but needs TLC when you install the new snorkel through the fender from the air filter box.

I drilled the hole per the instructions.....  I just think that the screw didn't grab the silicon good enough the first time...  The instructions said you should barely feel it... and I could.... but now I can barely feel it a little more...

I'm not going to mention that after hours and hours of wheeling I was able to still able to put my hand on that steel tube...

Nice.  A simple yes or no would have done  but it's always about the tubes.
