Whats up everyone, I drive a Lexus IS300 right now (went from a Toyota Tundra to the Lexus); don't get me wrong, the IS300 is a GREAT car, but I miss the convenience/fun of having a truck. A car to me is useless. I need something I can haul my motorcycle with, throw camping stuff in, and not care if it gets dirty like my car. I guess I am just not a car guy like I thought I was. We also have some good places to go offroading around here to. My only concern is reliability, going from two Toyota's to a brand I have never owned, Hummer. I have read numerous reviews on Edmunds and it seems like most people have had good luck with their H3s. I hope I have the same luck. Anyways, I won't be getting one for a few more months since it isn't warm yet anyways; just figured I would introduce myself. I will be researching on here for a little while longer before I get one. Any H3 owners in the Knoxville, TN area? I am looking for a 2006/2007, still undecided if I want a manual or automatic. Great forum you got here by the way.. Gary

Welcome Gary. Most people have had great luck with their H3s. Like anything else you only really hear about the problems. No one comes on here and posts that they have had their H3 for 3 years and it has started every morning without a problem. Lots of Hummers in the TN area. Good luck on your choice. We have the Alpha and love it. My younger brother has an I5 and loves it also.
