I never understood why anyone lowered thier trucks (or Hummers now). Don't you buy a truck (or Hummer) to be able to haul things or go places that you can't with car? The fake hood vent bugs me, but bad enough to do that.

All of you blasting "LOWERED" HUMMERS, I can tell you the reason I did as the wheel wells are TOO BIG when I put on my 24's with lopros, so for an asthetic value, I lowered mine so it LOOKED PURTIER!!! I didn't SLAM it so it still is great in the winter with all the snow we get here!!! Like it or not.....MY RIG.....MY CHOICE!!!

Crest Hummer in Birmingham AL is where this "thing" is located. They still have a 07 red Tactical on the lot. I was surprised so I went over and looked at it. Then I found out why it's still there. $5k worth of custom red leather interior, steering wheel and shifter. A number of their H3's had nitto tires and aftermarket wheels added. The days of the H2's are obviously slowing down as far as sales go. There were only 6 out front of the dealership, and 1 in the back lot that had just arrived. That's in comparsion with the 50 or so H3's. Back in late October when I bought mine, there were atleast 20 H2's sitting in the back holding lot ready to be prepped.
