ORIGINAL: alphadogg Hey rhill20, How much snow is that in those pictures? I saw on TV this morning that the driving in Ohio was pretty bad. Here in WNY we’ve got 12” on the ground since yesterday afternoon and are expecting another 18-24” by tonight. Visibility is down to around 100 ft. or less. This is the biggest snow event of the entire winter. They were saying that at that time was around 12", just said that we are at 16" now with around 3-4 more coming today before it ends. I WILL be going back out, wife is begging me not to. Just looks like too much fun out there not to.

ORIGINAL: 3hummers I take it that leaving the snow piled on your wife's car is part of your anti-shopping defense system? Seems to be working Besides, all of the stores are closed

Hummergirl14, Didn’t the guy ever hear of a trailer lock? I never haul my trailer without one! Apparently not.... The other guy I said had his sleds stolen had them stolen right out of the trailer. They cut the lock on the door, pulled out the 2 polaris's and the artic cat and took the Skidoo. It was the extreme package 800 SDI MXZ... He was pissed.. They were sleeping in their room.

Ok, so I went back out and I was having fun pulling people out (my own little private H.O.P.E. ). This is the most rememberable one: I pulled up and the Escalade was trying to pull this car out to no avail, so I pulled up and we tried to hook up to the front, not sure why That didn't work so I turned around and did it the right way. Pulled both of them out at the same time: Here I am taking a break from all the action. LOL

Another Hummer good deed. You should send it in. I hear they are looking for stories like that.

best place that I have found is that MOST cars have a type of tie down device under the rear bumper for shipping that they never take off.

You know something else? With all the "Hummer bashing" that we hear about and experience, nobody asked me how much gas I use or anything today. The only thing they said was "Thank you". LOL Funny how we are OK when they need us.

Tonight I had the choice to pull her out by the front or back, and I found what your talking about, thats how I winched her out, but the other guy I had no choice, and I told him to find a spot and that I was not responsible. Now the funny part, as I was typing this I heard wheels spinning, I look out the window, I swear I'm not joking in the same spot a guy was stuck but to make matters worst there was a second car stuck right side by side to him, just got both of them out, I am not looking out the dam window again tonight

Send it in to Hummer. They are looking for stories about how people use their Hummers in emergencies or to help people. Might even make a commercial out of it.
