Where at in Ocala did you go? My wife and I went to Ocala last summer and we were in the area of the Longleaf trails (yellow on their map) and it was all just mainly dirt roads. This that your pictures show is exactly what we were looking for.

Are you not worried about popping a bead while running that wide of a tire on the stock wheel?

I've run a 13.5 wide Swamper TSL/SX on a 8" wide wheel and never had a problem. Just don't air down too far and you'll be fine.
