I am the proud new owner of a 1999 wagon!
I plan to install differential lockers, at least in the rear, as soon as possible.
Right now my first choice would be the Auburn ECTAD locker.
What do you think?  What would you put in a 1999?

In addition, I do not have the shop, space, tools to install this myself right now.  I am in Madison, Wisconsin area.  A recommendations for an experienced H1 shop to do this job in the area would be outstanding.

Thanks!

the auburn is a good choice -- many have put them in and like them. I put a detroit in the rear of my truck and stuck with the stock torsen in the front (for now). I like my combo alot and it works well for most anything, however I'll probably put an auburn in the front this summer if I do the rubicon, fordyce or pritchett. BTM'ing can take qiute a toll on the t-case on really tough stuff.

I have never tried the Auburn but I think I might put it in my front and rear on my 98 eventually heard nothing but good things from them.... I have tried Detroit(not on the H1) and they are great! but if you use it on the street and live in snowy/icy conditions i wouldnt suggest it.

also with a detroit, you'll break halfshafts like crazy if you are a lead-foot! Gotta take it easy.
