ORIGINAL: importkiller the final car doesn't ave the wing from what I have seen on commercials...unless maybe it only comes out when mach speed is hit or something...and using a Trans am would be difficult as they don't make them anymore no they don't make the trans am. but they are making the Camaro. and rumor is that the trans am is to follow.. staying with GM would of been the smart thing to do for them.. but what do i know.. lol..

Wanna hear the funny part? The guy who did the voiceovers for the new series also does voiceovers for GM Truck commercials, so GM told him there is a conflict of interest since KITT is now a Ford, and forced him to give up doing the voiceovers for the new KITT. GM did this two weeks before the series starts, next Sunday. Guess who the NEW voice of KITT is? Val Kilmer http://www.movieweb.com/tv/news/65/26365.php This is going to be interesting And bluezgo, I have all of the circuity coming tomorrow morning to build the custom sound sample controller box that will be linked to the lights. Whenever the strobe moved back and forth, it will make the sound from the original Knight Rider KITT. It's going to have a marine amplified speaker under the hood connected to this circuit I'm building that will produce the sampled sounds. I'm going to have another programmable sound sample available on the chip, so I haven't decided yet what I'm going to use it for. I was going to have it talk when you open the door, but I'm not sure yet. I was thinking about the theme music thing, but I think that might be a little overkill. Hell the whole thing is overkill the way it is, but even if people buy the lights, they wont have the sound effects

If only you still had it. The possibilities are endless Honestly, I think the new show is going to flop, but that doesn't mean I can't like it I don't think a talking car is going to be popular this day and age, when people have talking cars already, ie: Bluetooth and On-Star Although I would give my left arm to see that car in person. Oh the dream.

I guess next step is to convert the dash kit they have for firebirds into the Hummer and you will have one big KITT (BTW does anyone remember what that stands for, I know I can google it but just curious to hear the different versions).

Lower Grill and I want you to make a new post so we can see it when your done! Also, I agree with Tony, they should have stayed with Pontiac.

Actually it was a Semi-Truck named KARR. But THEN, KARR somehow blew up in a head-on collision with KITT (Don't ask me how). Later on somehow KARR came back as a replica of KITT. Or, something like that :) The new re-make in 2000 had a Dodge Stealth that was transformed into the new KITT. That one was SWEET!

The lower grill would look better since it will be a perfect fit.
