Well me and the wife had to let the H3 go.We traded it in on a Chevy Tahoe and a
GMC 1500 Z-71.I hated to trade it in but we just found out that we are having a baby and I was starting to need a truck(been driving work truck 6 mpg sucks) so its gone. The wife hated it to get rid of it more than I did.But there just isnt room in a H3 as there is a Tahoe. One day I will be back in a H3 and I cant wait.

good luck with the baby? How many kids do you have? I have two, one in an infant car seat and one in a toddler seat and they both fit fine, my wife actually sits in the back with the kids with no problems. My tahoe had more rear cargo room but isn't all that much more roomy. Good luck with the new trucks!

I'm sorry to hear that, but life does take priority sometimes.

Hell most of us on here probably never thought we'd ever be able to own a Hummer.  I know I sure didn't.  You'll get another one some day, maybe even the HX/H4.  Family comes first!

We originally traded in a Durango for the H3. Have 4 kids, it is a little tight but luckily my oldest son has his own car

Good luck with the baby and the Tahoe, still a nice truck

I wish hummer would design something like an H3 XL...like they did with the envoy. Just a few feet bigger for a third row seat. It would kill teh offroad performance but would be so much better than driving a mini-van. My wife actually said that we may need to trade teh h3 in for a mini-van when the lease is up  I promised I would never hit her again.

YOU SHOULD NEVER HIT A WOMAN!!!!

unless they suggest you trade in the Hummer for a mini van...Or trade in anything for a minivan come to think of it.

Thanks about the baby. This is our 1st child and I cant wait for it to get here and we both hope it is a boy,but it doesnt really matter (boy or girl)as long as it is healthy. When me and the wife started talking about trading I told her I was going to get her a mini van.She didnt like what I said.I do miss the H3 but it is a little tight in the back seat but oh well its a done deal now.So far the tahoe is getting better mpg thats a good thing. But like I said before I'll get back in one one day(family first).

Like 2' longer?  Just like the H3T is 2' longer.  Seems like a logical progression, they already have the frame and the rear doors.

We didn't give up the Mustang until kid # 2 was on the way and our other vehicle was a regular cab F150.  We have 3 now and they fit in the H3.  Up until a couple weeks ago they were all in car seats or boosters.

I have two kids as well. They both fit in the H3 in their booster seats fine. No biggie.
