I can tell you that I've been to Kenya and I never saw those houses. Not saying they aren't there, just don't know where. MamBasa is a pretty big city though, along with a pretty big HIV rate along with every other disease. Don't get me started on this crap, I usually just sit and watch most of these silly little "tiffs" on here, but that whole part of the world has a real sore spot with me.
