Hey,

So today is my 3 year anniversary with my girlfriend. Anyway, I bring the H1 from home to campus and left it over night in the cold without it being plugged in. For lunch today I went with my roommate and a buddy to Hooters for lunch and upon returning noticed a CRAZY amount of antifreeze dumped on the pavement and there was antifreeze in the passanger side floor areas. I'm assuming my heater core took a crap on me but what would that chances be that it might just be a cracked hose...none? There are two hoses in the right fender well that had some antifreeze on the outside of them so thats why I asked if it might be just a cracked hose, but that wouldn't explain the antifreeze inside the truck, which would mean heater core if I'm not mistaken. What usually causes those to go bad? I didn't hit anything while we were driving to the restaurant and it didn't leak over night.

Thanks for the help!

Drew

Sorry to hear about that. As for assumptions I would say there is probably only 1 leak I doubt it all of a sudden started to leak from 2 places so I believe it leaked inside the truck then out through your drain plugs and onto the pavement but I could be wrong. As to what caused this I am not too sure... could be a hose failure. clamp failure. or as you mentioned heater core...

At least you have the H2 to drive while the H1 gets fixed. Sounds like you have the possibilities covered. Hopefully it is a hose or clamp.
