Ya know that pointy-haired middle manager that Dilbert works for? That's what I do for a living. I was a software weenie before I took on this management position.

I put most of it back,  I always have to take my tiny little percentage.  Hell if I didnt put it all back I would definately have an H1 instead of my H3 or atleast an Alpha
