I own 3 homes and I wouldn't rent any out, no way, everyone tells me to make some money on the 2 I don't "live" in but I wouldn't take the chance, I don't need more income and it will only raise my taxes anyway. I use the houses on occassion so I'm leaving well enough alone.

I co-own 3 cars shops located in Alberta, Canada.
1. Speedtech Racing Developments. www.speedtechracing.com
2. Urban Expressions Wheel and Tires (just opened in March 07 website not ready yet.)
3. Top Racing Located inside West Edmonton Mall.

I was connected to the night Industry, had some clubs In Portugal and Spain, sold them in December 07, currently enjoying life
