Internet and Travel Agents have the best deals. Even working for the Company I do not get that much of a break. Now, if you choose to book on Carnival Ecstasy out of Galveston going to Cozumel, just let me know your cruise date and cabin number. I do not need your name or any other details and I will see what I can do regarding upgrades, Shore Tour Comps, etc. You are guaranteed to have a blast.

The court system takes a crab load of time, and they dont let u evict in the winter months otherwise I would have had him out in nov-dec time. The thing that pisses me of is that they wont do the last 2 months of the year but they will do january the coldest month ever in chicago. Weird huh?

Glad we have a PM division to handle all the residents. I am sure we don't pay them enough for what they do.

Quick profile......Turned 43 yesterday, was a cop for 22 years, retired as a Lieutenant, now working in the body armor industry (hence the screen name).  Working the southern half of FL and my H3 Tactical is my daily driver for work.  I have had it 3 months today and turned over 10k miles yesterday.

That's exactly why I would NEVER rent out my second home!Too many non-respecting dirt bags that play the system to the hills.

exactly, at that point I started turning off the gas so there was no heat, and then followed by the water. I kept getting calls and then I said when u pay the rent u wil get everything will be turned on. Yes I could get sued but who cares I said I am willing to take that risk over 11k ha.
