When I'm not working at the foundation for womens health I sell 'adult novelties' to ladies in need. Hey, sexual health is a big part of what I do too. I do bachelorette parties and girls night out parties. It's a blast! I am not a stripper, hooker, or a lesbian - sorry. It's a very profitable business as you can see    You weren't expecting that were ya? So if you're wives are in need of items give me a shout, but I am in no way suggesting they aren't completely satisfied with their manly men

Try renting equipment to builders and contractors, you have to put leans on their jobs

General, you are 2 years younger than me and you have a Hummer too, so you've either spent all your money or you're saving what's left for your next Hummer (no pun intended). I'm sure our vehicle collection is comparable...what's parked in your garage? I'll show you mine if you show me yours LOL

please have a look at  my avatar pic. That's my garage. My wife is driving the Hummer together with our three kids. I drive the car shown below most of the time. We have to save our money for building a house. You see, I'm obviously not in your league.

These are tough times for developers and contractors. I am fortunate in that respect. We will start about 4000 units this year. Our PM company manages a lot of units but we don't have to evict hardly anyone. We pre-qualify pretty stiffly but I guess we have been a little lucky so far also.

Working for an engineering firm, we have seen the market in housing dip quite a bit. About 2 years ago I left my job doing residential to do more public work, more for a change of pace than anything. It's a lot of City work now which most cities are trying to give themselves a better image.
