Any suggestions on how to approach telling them all of the problems I've had? I don't want to be nasty.. She just put me on hold to call up my dealership..

just stick to the facts, try not to make personal attacks toward the idiots that hosed you.  keep it to the point and don't admit that you did anything wrong, ever. . . . . .

And remember, the people you speak to on the phones are NOT the ones that caused you problems, so as Shorty said, don't allow yourself to speak to them like it's their fault.  They are there to help, not to cause problems.  If you feel yourself getting frustrated and it's a woman, tell her she has a beautiful voice.  Maybe they'll throw in something extra for your troubles

I agree with all of the comments above. I had a bad buying experience on the H3 Alpha. (paperwork lady only, sales was great ) I made a complaint to Hummer and they actually called me several times trying to track me down. I was very courteous to her and explained what my issues were. She said she would take care of it and get back to me. She also offered to do whatever it took to make it right for me. ( accessories/discounts, etc. ) I told her I wasn't complaining to get anything out of it but that the dealer had a bad employee that was not someone Hummer wanted as a "face" to the brand. Both the customer care lady and the dealership GM called me back to make sure I was satisfied with the response I got from them. I would say that went out of their way to make sure I got treated the way I should have. I am sure they will do the same for you. ( sometimes it takes longer ) Good luck.
