Difference between front driver/passenger door handles

Nick119 -> Difference between front driver/passenger door handles (1/8/2008 1:37:54 PM)

My brother and I bought Luxury H3's at the same time and I just realized that our front driver and passenger door handles were both different. His buttons are located on the flat part of the handle, while mine are located on the ramp part of the handle (the upper part) I'm wondering if they sold me either a 2006 when I was supposed to be buying a 2007 or they sold me an adventure package with mods when I supposedly was supposed to be paying top dollar for the luxury package. Any insight would be great. I'm going to try and take pictures right now, ill brb.

I have an 08' and it has the controls on the "ramp section" of the armrest.....So I would say you have an 07'[:D]

Check the vin # or paperwork you got with the car. It will tell you what you have.

Nick, I guess you missed the plethora of posts on the window switches for 07.   RE: Question on '06 - '07 H3's...   and on and on......    Early 07s still had the 06 style door panels, then the switches were relocated maybe feb/march???.  I have an old switch 07 and my date of mfg is 1/07.

I thine the early 07's had the switches on the flat part and they were moved to the upper ramp part on the later 07's.

Yep, my late 07 has them on the ramp as well as the "other" mid year changes (see posts in search function)
