TSBs are listed above or if you register at MY GM Link at
https://www.mygmlink.com/main/US/en/gm/home?cmp=gmcomhp

Thought I would get this link back to the top. Handy site that has a lot of your truck information once you sign up an enter your VIN.

importkiller -> RE: SERVICE BULLITENS (11/18/2006 7:26:09 PM)

damn....you had ALOT of free time to find this one[:D][:D][:D]

mountainbiker -> RE: SERVICE BULLITENS (11/25/2006 4:55:43 AM)

I bought my H3 in mid-August, signed it up at GM Link at the end of Sep -- but it says it doesn't recognize my VIN. I also have a 2000 Chevy Impala that I also added -- but it too says the VIN is not recognized.

The exact wording is "The VIN you entered is valid but does not currently appear in the Owner Center database. Please check again that the VIN you entered is in fact your VIN."

I sent them an email back in Sep, but I never received a response.

Anyone else have problems with it recognizing your VIN or contact them?

Same thing here.[:@] I did get a e-mail back from them, but it said the same thing about my VIN not in the database.[8|]

So, what am I paying for if Gm does not have my VIN and my H2 is not in the database?[image]http://i115.photobucket.com/albums/n289/blackstangs281/Avatars/scratchchin.gif[/image]

IF I stop paying them, I bet they will find my VIN dam quick.[image]http://i115.photobucket.com/albums/n289/blackstangs281/Avatars/upset4.gif[/image]

bonzaiii -> RE: SERVICE BULLITENS (11/25/2006 11:18:48 AM)

I had the same problem. I emailed them and they added it right away.

mountainbiker -> RE: SERVICE BULLITENS (11/25/2006 11:38:59 AM)

I have emailed them a second time today. I'll see if they respond this time for me. I'll let you know.

LawWyfe -> RE: SERVICE BULLITENS (11/26/2006 8:40:28 AM)

I decided to check this out as well..same thing. Now wouldn't you think they might have this H3/ME on record after a head/valve replacement and numerous phonecalls (and their promise) to extend my warranty coverage? I registered it on site, so maybe they might know who we are now [8|]

cnynctry -> RE: SERVICE BULLITENS (11/26/2006 11:35:04 AM)

It took about 2 months before it actually recognized my VIN. I didn't get the impression that the time was from sign up but was just waiting for the dealer and GM to catch up. Send an email if you think it should be there.

BirdEye -> RE: SERVICE BULLITENS (11/27/2006 2:22:47 PM)

Same thing here...bought the H3 a month and 9 days ago (but who's counting) and still the site doesn't recognize my VIN. I'll email and see what happens.

cnynctry -> RE: SERVICE BULLITENS (11/27/2006 4:40:52 PM)

I believe that it states, when it cant find your VIN, that it may take up to 60 days to get in the system.

It's been 7 months and three emails for me and still no use. I gave up.[image]http://i115.photobucket.com/albums/n289/blackstangs281/Avatars/upset4.gif[/image]

mountainbiker -> RE: SERVICE BULLITENS (11/29/2006 4:05:09 AM)

I sent an email to HUMMER.com and Chevrolet.com and asked if they could assist me with GMLink.com. Within 4-5 hours of these emails, I received the email below. The email below may just be the normal response to my (second) GMLink.com email and was not assisted by the emails to HUMMER.com and Chevrolet.com. I have checked my GMLink and the VINs are now in there. My 2006 HUMMER H3 VIN is showing "There are no open recalls for your vehicle".

Can you post the email addresses where we can send them the same info? It's been a month and a half and still no VIN entered.
