Glad you found the problem.
As you have found out, todays vehicles are real voltage sensitive and when you only have about 14 volts to work with there aren''t many left to do the job when there''s a bad ground or short somewhere.  It''s very importand that the battery terminals on new vehicles be kept clean, tight and free of corrosion.

Well here I am 8000 miles and 6 month later...Hummerless GM bought mine back and gave me the full 12,000.00 bucks I had into it
And it was all done without an Attorney so I made out with with every dime of it.

Like I said before...make them fix it or buy it back. Don''t take no for an answer.

Lots of good info here.  Glad to hear you got your defective rig returned DonWilms, shame though.  I will remember this thread if I start having electrical problems.
