I say that it is greatly appreciated. Breifly… A service and registration problem not resolved at the dealership (55 miles away) was resolved at my home. Frank Kent Hummer, Fort Worth, arranged for a glass company to replace the windshield moldings and the salesman replaced the expired ‘temp’ tag (the county tax office mishandled) in my drive. They did this on their own; I did not make it an issue. Thats Great! There are businesses out there that care about thier customers and want to do the right thing. Going above and beyond doesn't happen too often, thats nice to hear. Send a nice note to that Salesman!
