jman_in_minnesota -> XM Radio promo code (12/27/2007 8:26:08 AM)

I've seen this code posted around on forums/coupon sites:

XMSCION03  (1 yr/$77)

anyone know if it still works?  anyone have a better code?

All you need to do is call them (or if they call you) and tell them that you got an offer in the mail for 1yr @ $77.

I actually received these in the mail, but they never asked for any code when I told them.

My 3 month trial expired December 12.  I haven't heard from XM yet.  I'd like to extend at the reduced special rate, but was not willing to shell out for full price.  Anyone recently contacted by them after trail expiration?

I just got the $77.00 dollar/year offer in the mail yesterday. The 90 day trial period expired a little over a month ago. If anybody needs it I can post whatever information that is on the card this evening after I get home.

is it really worth that.......i mean.its radio

TexH3 -> RE: XM Radio promo code (12/28/2007 9:19:22 AM)

$77 for a year is worth it to me.  However, I balked at the $140 or whatever the full annual price is.  I had never experienced satellite radio before, but found it very enjoyable.  I never even put a CD in the changer while I had my twelve favorite XM channels at the push of a button.

XM is all I listen to anymore, its much better than standard local radio in my opinion

any subscription details about the $77/yr offer would be great, sounds like they entice you a month after the trial has ended?  wonder how they would react if I tried to get that deal at the tail end of the trial...

It wasn't worth it to my wife either hilljob. When she is in her car the radio is off and she is on the phone. As far as she is concerned the radio just covers up what would otherwise be an unsightly hole.

rhill20 -> RE: XM Radio promo code (12/28/2007 4:44:22 PM)

PLEASE let us know if anyone has the $77 offer. They are trying to get me for $147 for a year.

Alright guys. The number is 866-409-1096. They waive the 14.99 reactivation fee and you get 12 months for $77.00. The savings code is ZDVZU0R3. I am not sure if the code can be used more than once so first one to use it has the best chance. Hope they give the deal to everyone.

so did anyone use the above mentioned code and did it work ?

gmpartsdude -> RE: XM Radio promo code (1/1/2008 4:36:01 AM)

The promo code that works for $77 is ZWINBACK.

Muddydawg75 -> RE: XM Radio promo code (1/1/2008 6:04:34 AM)

Nice to see people sharing....  I've had XM for almost 5 years now.  I cannot imagine riding in a car without it.  I drive everyday somewhere and the thought of trying to find a good radio station 75 times a day just gives me a headache.

XM has given me some great deals... and when I change radios they always give me the balance of the radio towards a new radio and waive the activation fee...  They gave me a great deal on my traffic and weather also.

The family plan is another way to see some savings also... but the $77 isn't that much of a deal... if you commited to a 3-4-5 year deal right now you could get it under $70...
