will these fit on stock 17 inch rims?

they may fit, but they'll rub like a sumbitch. i wouldn't go wider than a 12.5 if you're keeping stock rims.

I recommend the same, stick with a 12.50 its hard to even tell the diff if you arent a tire nut. I just Put 37x12.50 R17 Goodyear MTR's on my H2's stock wheels. I Love these tires they are my 3rd, set all of my truck now have the MTR's. They are super quiet and smooth. my Blazers each have 35x12.5 MTRs one set with 50k miles and still meaty. the 13.5 will fit but it will rub too!
