There are too many states involved, and too many players to even come close to giving you the illusion of a cahnce to win. I play a state lottery. The jackpot is significantly smaller, but since I have been working my current job, there is a billboard with the number of new millionares from that lottery that I pass on a regular basis and I have watched that number grow by about 10 winners in the last year and a half. I figure those are all local people, so my chances might be better. I know it doesn't work that way, but it does help with the feeling of luck.
