Yeah... and now that the old lady has seen just how disappointed I am... she has given me a couple options...

See if they make it right... and keep it

or

Make the list... and they fix what they fix and when they don't fix it then we trade it...

I will be on the phone with Geico this week and inquire as to why the adjuster interferred.  I just got a little info on that.

Muddy check out hummerguy's webiste they got a video of the H3T, you may want to buy that.  The rear door is actually larger than the standard H3.

if I got a H3T it would be for me.... we still need a H2, or Tahoe, or Suburban, or Expedition, or Excursion... 2 adults, two boys, and 2, maybe 3 dogs after this weekend is a little much for a H3...

That is just so wrong. Hopefully they will make a second pass and correct all of the stuff they missed. I had a Corvette that my daughter wrecked. I took it to the USAA "preferred" shop the first time. After 2 tries and three months they let me take it to a Corvette shop and get the work done right. At the end of the day it would have been cheaper for them to total the car than spend what they spent fixing it, but they didn't stop trying until they had me happy.

I emailed my claims adjuster and told them I was not pleased.  I got an immediate email back and said someone would contact me within 24 hours to discuss it.

my side does.... because I was not at fault.... but her side... (same company) already has one totaled vehicle... and seems to want to get out of this as cheaply as possible.
