Last week my speedo shot up to 120 when i was doing 30 down a side street. I was running a dead battery, i replaced the battery with an optima red top and everything was good for the last few days but the Speedo is stuck over 100 again and now the battery guage is past 19volts off the guage.   I reset the speedo by disconnecting the battery this seemed to work but only for a few miles. The tranny is shifting normally and is running cool.  anyone had this problem?  any suggestions?

I have been looking back through old posts it seems like I might need a new Guage cluster.  I hope not cause that sure sounds like a CLUSTER F! getting that changed if u know what I mean...  I am pretty confident judging my speed with the tach which is still working fine. I had my GF follow me for a while today in her car to see how good I was. I did good enough to not get pulled over but I am ordering New Tires any day now. Im going with 37" GDYR MTR'S or bigger I really dont care if I rub anyone seen 39.5 x13.5 tires yet on a stock H2 or maybe with a readylift kit?  Bigger tires are gonna change my speed and so I back to guessing.
