tough call between the two (maybe post a pic of the other one here for easy comparison). I do like how the lights mount to that lower bar, I think that's a cleaner look. Or, if I wanted to be a bit hyper-analytical, I might've located the two support bars down an inch so the center loop had a bit more definition.

I like the lower mounted lights better.... not saying that they are not both great...
