Pretty good looking truck, worth the money imo. Don't find too many of them around.

On of the best looking h1's ive seen. Not a fan of the stearing wheel, but that is one mean looking machine

Very nice! I wish I could buy it. I drove the M1025/26 slant back HUMVEES for 12 years and I loved them. I've always wanted to get my hands on a slant back H1. This is a very young version of me with my favorite HUMVEE in Bosnia:

how do you do a slant back, did you start with a hard top truck or a wagon, did it take a lot of custom work (cutting fabricating etc.)

xzachx,

They come that way from the factory.

Jar,

If you would take a 97 wagon in trade we could probably do some business. Sweet ride. Rear hatch leak like all the rest of them?

There are slantback kits out there like what I purchased for my Opentop they also are available with the 4dr hardtop as well. but this one is an Original factory Slantback. Came off the production line like that and is VERY RARE. Definately my favorite of the models its a shame they only made 39 of these in 2000 but there is an 2006 Alpha Slantback kicking around. It is a real 2006 alpha that was Retrofitted with the FACTORY Slantback top definately an ingenious idea and a dream to own. For now I am just going to settle with my 1998 with the aftermarket slantback kit... Doesnt look as good but does the trick and doesnt have that AWFUL ABS/TT4 combination :P And eventually I might drop the DMax/Allison driveline in it to make my own Alpha Slantback
