Hey i was just wondering if anyone put an exhaust on their h3 yet. If so which one, how does it sound, n do u have any sound clips. I tried searchin around different companies but the only one that i heard was the magnaflow which didnt sound too impressive.

i've got a magnaflow on the bus, and it's pretty quiet compared to the flowmaster i had on my 4runner. i liked the sound of the 6 cylinder with the flowmaster, although i'd prefer something like the thunderheaders we have on the harleys for the bus. i'd stay away from magnaflow if i had to do it over again. i should be able to crush the muffler some time soon, so i'll go with flowmaster next time.

The SMA one is great!! I have it on mine! I found it on http://www.stallioncustoms.com

Oh and everything SMA makes is a GM Licensed product. It's pretty quality stuff, I trust it more than the Flowmaster I have on my Camaro SS.

I just put on myself a Gibson Cat-back Split tail exhaust P/N #312700..Salvaged the orignal Mufflers and pipes for return to original (just in case I need to)..The sound is awesome and mellow..Hard to believe it's a 5 cylinder.

Do you guys think there is any performance gain with a full cat back or will a free flow muffler do the trick?

Take a look undereneath...A Cat-Back uses only One muffler and is generally tuned for the type of engine..The stock system has two restrictive sound mufflers..There's your gain.

I can't understand why none of the web sites have it right now..But I called the Gibson dealer here in OKC and he has a system down in their Dallas wearhouse in stock..His prices are cheaper than the webs site's prices too..This guy in OKC here is where I bought mine from.. I just called them and they said if you call them, they can bill to your credit card and send to the credit card's address and you'll have it in a week..

The part No # Gibson Catback split exhaust #312700
Cost $333.99 plus shipping of $10.00

Call 4wheel Parts of Oklahoma..(405) 946-3509...Ask for Mark..he's waiting for your call.

Hope this helps

WOW! Looks good man!

This is the first H3 I've seen without a trailer hitch...I think it makes the butt look clean.
