Now there's a HUMMER I really like! I would definately need the V-8 option though, the I-5 would have a hernia trying to spin those 37's. I would also prefer the between the frame rails winch like the one from predator. I wonder what the bottom line is on that lift install?

That looks hot! I wouldn't mind getting one of those lifts!

At that tire size, wouldn't a weak link surface? Tie rods, half shafts, CV joints? I would think that if you load the corners up (esp. the front) something would give?

I love the tough look, but I agree, 37"s are too much stress on an already weak steering system. I see they have the 14mm tie rods (oh snap!). Probably should upgrade those to the new 16mm or go with something like the Bulletproof steering tie rods. I busted a tie rod the first week after getting my 35"s climbing a ledge. While I don't blame the 35", the increased weight and better traction were a factor. While I love the look, I don't think the IFS and steering rack will handle the 37"s.

Ya that looks very nice, similiar to the rough country lift I had on a '79 blazer (wasnt cheap). Although I would agree that seems to be a bit much for the H3. Waste to have a nice set of MT Baja Claws like that on a vehicle that will only see limited off-roading... looks damn nice though!

Makes me think of a 1984 Toyota I had with a 16" lift and 24 shocks! thats right 24!!! (All were drilled out except 4.) It set on 44"s!!!!! The steering rod broke on the Freeway and I cleared 4 lanes before it stopped! Not Fun!!!!!!! I Used all Rancho at the time. The lift was made by Super lift (12") and a 4" body. All try to find some old pics to post!
