T bar adjust the front up to almost, not quite, level with the rear.  Ride is exectly the same as it was from date of delivery.  If you go too far your stock shocks will be over extended and the ride will bounce as the dampening range of the shock does not jive with the travel limits of the adjusted suspension.  You can then consider cheap shock extenders (not my choice) or new front shocks like the cognitos.

If you haven't already, measure the height from level ground to the bottom of each front fender above the centerline of each wheel.  The driver side usually is lower than the passger side as set by the factory?, unless your dealer already adjusted that out.  Regardless of what you do, this should be adjusted level across the front.

If you want to lift the front and rear, there are plenty of people in the forum that have installed lift kits and hopefully they will share their info.

Oh boy.    Refer to my post #2 in this thread where I said:  "Ride is exectly the same as it was from date of delivery."

Buy what ever you want, but you do not need any "kit", your stock torsion bay keys will allow adjustment all the way up to level with the rear.  Take the ready lift $$ and buy front shocks instead.  Ready lift just is a set of reindexed keys (which you do not need) and shock extenders (which you may need or want).  You can but a set of Cognitos which have greater travel than the stock shocks plus the extender, and are much improved over stock.   http://cognitomotorsports.com/store/Hummer_H3.html

Just my opinion, do what you feel most comfortable with.   No your ride will not suffer!  Just in case you missed it again.
